Order Processing & Fulfillment
We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 2 to 5 business days of purchase. However, during high-demand periods, national holidays, or promotional campaigns, order processing may take up to 10 business days.
Please note the following:
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
- Once your order begins processing, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. Please double-check all details at checkout.
- If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to inventory availability and supplier logistics. Items may arrive on different days.
Shipping Partners
To ensure reliable and timely delivery, we work with globally trusted courier partners, including FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, and SF Express, who coordinate with local delivery networks to deliver directly to your doorstep.
Tracking Information
Every order includes tracking. Once your order is handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking link.
Please allow up to 3–5 business days for the tracking status to become active. If you do not see updates after this time, feel free to contact us at support@babinest.com.

Duties, Taxes & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or clearance fees as determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Babinest does not have control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. If a package is refused due to unpaid customs charges, any return shipping fees and original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
We encourage international customers to check with their local customs office before placing an order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
While we take great care to ensure secure delivery, Babinest is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit once marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the item, please first check with neighbors or your local postal facility.
- For missing or stolen packages, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
- For items that arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@babinest.com with photo evidence of the damage. We will review the issue and advise next steps.
All claims must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe to be considered.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Once an order has been placed, we begin processing immediately and cannot guarantee address changes. If an incorrect address is entered and the order ships, Babinest cannot offer a refund or replacement.
