  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

  • Items without original packaging
  • Custom or personalized items

🔄 Exchange Option

If the item you received is defective or damaged, we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund.


💵 Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
